CONVEYOR IMPACT PAD

ARARUBBERtm Impact bars is an important cushion part in impact bed, it is usually used at belt conveyor inlet to replace tradition cushion rollers, outstanding capability to absorbing impact and low friction coefficient will weaken impact to beltas much as possible.

IMPACT PAD is a fusion of three different layers. The top layer is made of UHMWPE for smooth gliding of the conveyor belt. The middle layer is of rubber to cushion the impact load, while the lower layer is for fastening imapct pads on the support frame which is usually made up of aluminum. INDUS's sophisticated manufacturing facility employs the latest fusion bonding techniques to produce the trio-composite Impact Pad, no possibility of separation.

CONVEYOR HEAD & TAIL PULLEY

ARARUBBERtm conveyor pulley is a mechanical device used to change the direction of the belt in a conveyor system, to drive the belt, and to tension the belt. Modern pulleys are made of rolled shells with flexible end disks and locking assemblies. Pulleys are made up of several components including the shell, end disk, hub, shaft and locking assembly. The end disk and hub may be on piece. The locking assembly may also be replaced with a hub and bushing on lower tension pulleys. The shell is also referred to as the rim in some parts of the world. Head/Drive Pulley is located at the discharge terminus of the conveyor. It provides the driving force for the conveyor. In order to increase pulley life and traction, it often has a larger diameter than other pulleys. AR AR RUBBER can supply pulleys with hot vulcanized rubber lagging, plain or grooved, as required by client. Different patterns of grooving such as herringbone or diamond can be provided to increase tractive friction under dirty or wet conditions. Diamond grooves have the advantage of being installed in any orientation, regardless of belt direction.

IMPACT ROLLER FOR CONVEYOR SYSTEM

ARARUBBERtm Troughing Impact Idler are Used under loading points where material impact (lump size,density, height) could damage the belt if no cushion. Impact Idler fitted with rubber rings made from natural / Synthetic / Neoprene material.
